Treatments we offer

Our center uses the latest technologies in the surgical management of brain tumors. Neuronavigational tools provide our surgeons with a highly accurate, up-to-the-instant view of the surgical field, which means smaller incisions and reduced risk. Our state-of-the-art biplane angiography suite offers both diagnosis and treatment—putting us at the cutting edge of stroke and cerebrovascular care.

We're also leading the way when it comes to surgical care. We pioneered the use of 5-ALA fluorescence in Westchester, which enables surgeons to more safely remove the greatest possible amount of tumor. And our team has the only Gamma Knife in Westchester, which allows extremely accurate, nonsurgical treatment of malignant and benign tumors of the brain. This device uses high doses of precisely targeted radiation to maximize effectiveness while minimizing damage to healthy tissue.
